By accessing or using WheelTheDeal.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What WheelTheDeal Is

WheelTheDeal is a free, independent car deal analysis tool. We provide estimated pricing ranges, financing calculations, recall information, and negotiation guidance based on publicly available data and industry averages.

WheelTheDeal is operated by A & M and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any automobile manufacturer, dealer group, or third-party automotive marketplace.

3. No Financial or Legal Advice

Specifically:

• Price estimates are based on segment averages and regional signals, not live transaction data. Actual prices vary by trim, options, dealer, and market conditions.
• Financing calculations use default assumptions (APR, loan term) that may not reflect your actual loan offer.
• Recall and safety data is sourced from NHTSA and may not be complete or current for every vehicle.
• Negotiation guidance is general in nature and may not be appropriate for every situation.

4. Independence and No Dealer Relationships

WheelTheDeal is 100% buyer-funded and independent:

• We do not sell leads to dealers or dealer groups.
• We do not accept payment from dealers, manufacturers, or automotive marketplaces.
• We do not display dealer-funded advertising or sponsored placements.
• Our analysis is not influenced by any commercial relationship with automotive sellers.

5. Use of the Service

You may use WheelTheDeal for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without permission.
• Use the Service to build competing products without permission.
• Misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Submit false or misleading information through feedback or email forms.

6. Intellectual Property

The WheelTheDeal name, logo, and original content are property of A & M. Vehicle brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on this site are property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only under nominative fair use.

7. Third-Party Data

WheelTheDeal uses publicly available data from fueleconomy.gov (US Department of Energy) and NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration). We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result will be achieved from using it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A & M shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from car purchasing decisions made based on information from WheelTheDeal.

If you provide your email address through WheelTheDeal (for notifications or feedback), you consent to receive emails related to that specific feature. You may opt out at any time by emailing hello@wheelthedeal.com. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
